Herewith our standard conditions for your reference.
- Orders:
No order will be processed without an official order form and purchase order number. This is to serve as confirmation of the order.
Any of the following methods can be used:
Our admin department will contact you personally to confirm the order details and payment method. All calls might be recorded for quality
purposes to avoid hoax orders.
- Deliveries:
For your convenience we have designed zones to assist with deliveries. For the latest prices please contact our office and quote the
zone you require pricing of.
- The first 20 Km radius from Bellville in Cape Town is known as Zone 1
- Between 21 to 50 Km radius is knowm as Zone 2
- Between 51 to 100 Km radius is known as Zone 3
- Anything beyond 100 Km radius will be known as Zone 4 and will require the use of a 3rd party courier services
International deliveries will endeavour to otain the most economical package for the client. Please notify us of your order and destination
details as we will inform you of the costs involved for transportation to your Town / City / Country
- Returns:
As the products are perishables returns can only be refunded after close analysis of returned goods for any defects in the products. This excludes
any products which might have been tampered with in any way. We are not liable for any damages after we have delivered the goods to you or
the courier company. The cost of the return delivery will be borne by you.
- V.A.T.:
Please note that all prices are inclusive of South African V.A.T. as per the terms and conditions of the (SARS) South African Revenue Service,
calculated at 14% . Our SARS V.A.T. number is 4950150963
